My Little Angel's First Haircut

We woke up around 8 in the morning in a beautiful Sunday morning. My parents were planning to visit us. Since we rarely travel back to Laguna, they were the one who travel to Quezon City to be able to see their first grand daughter.

This time around we planned to meet in Trinoma Mall so that we could get our little angel her first haircut. We left the house at around 11AM. My parent were already at Trinoma, I just told them to look around the mall. We arrived before lunch time but the waiting line in Mann Hann is starting to pile up. We decided to have her haircut first.

We met with my parents near Goldlocks right in front of Landmark and then we headed up to the Cuts 4 Tots at the third level of Trinoma for the haircut.

On our way there, my daughter seems to be a bit anxious on what is about to happen.

We took a special package called Baby’s First Haircut Certificate, which included the first lock of hair and “before” and “after” haircut photos. The certificate will be able in two weeks time. Antoher excuse to come back to Trinoma.

There were a number of customers inside the shop. But there was a space available so but since the bot next to ours were crying a lot, my daughter started crying also and she would not like to sit inside a car designed sit for toddler. I let my wife carry her around first and requested to play the disc of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on a DVD player right in front of the toddler's sit. And we were able to convince my daughter to sit inside the car and an attendant took a photo for the "Before" shot for the certificate, while I was busy taking pictures of my own.

Later my daughter requested a DVD for Dora the Explorer and we replaced the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse that was playing. e haircut was just a breeze since my daughter is busy watching Dora and eating her "baon" peanuts for destructing purposes.

After the haircut, we headed back to Mann Hann to have our lunch. It was now about 1PM. And we still needed to wait for about 30 minutes before we had our lunch due to a long waiting line.

After eating, we just looked around the mall and bought some books in National Bookstore, until it was time for my parents to head back home to Laguna.

We went next to Landmark and bought supplies for my daughter before we headed home.

Till Next Time. Ciao.

Singapore - Day 3

We woke up around 7AM. Although I just had 4 hours of sleep I needed to clean up and get ready for another day ahead of us. After we had our breakfast and before we checked out of the hotel, I was able to take some snap shots of our room. This was supposed to be taken on our first night but due to a very tiring travel, I was not able to take any.

we check-out of the hotel and just left our things at the reception. We were set to explore the streets of Bugis. We are just minutes away from the stores and malls in Bugis were we bought our pasalubongs.

While walking towards Bugis Village we came across a familiar name.

Bugis Village is like Greenhills. We just looked around the area and just came back later after we had lunch.

There was one store that really caught my attention. The store was beside another store who sells garments for kids.

Just across Bugis Village is the Bugis Junction. It was like a Glorietta Mall.

Here are some of the photos I took inside Bugis Junction before a Security officer told me that it is not allowed to do so.

We planned to have our lunch at Crystal Jade , famous for there Xiao Long Bao. But we opted to try Honguo Restaurant. Due to the recommendation of our friend, we ordered chicken fried rice. It was really good, too bad the don't served single serving of it.

3 Cup Chicken Fried Noodle

After lunch, we just bought some more pasalubong at Giordano and Bossini. Thanks to the Great Singapore sale, we were able to buy more stuff for less price.

We returned to Bugis Village and bought some key chains and some more t-shirts for pasalubong. There were really a lot of people during that time.

After we bought our pasalubong, we walked back to the hotel and tried one of there 1-SGD Ice Cream with waffer.

Before we got our things, we just walked around the Waterloo Street near the SEA hotel.

After we fixed our things, we took a taxi going to Changi Airport. We needed to wait before we were able to check-in. We had our dinner Burger King, my wife wanted to have a heavy meal before another 3 hours flight back home.

After dinner, I had the opportunity to take pictures inside the airport.

We boarded at around 9Pm and arrived at NAIA 3 just past midnight.

Hope you enjoyed having these adventures in Singapore with us.

Till next time. Ciao.
