Davao, Philippines - Day 3
Today, I was finally able to take some pictures of the breakfast buffet that we ate on the 3rd day. We are not really in a rush here, except for my wife who needed to leave at 9AM to go to work that morning. I forgot to mention from my previous post that we are at Davao, because my wife got an assignment for her work. Mga sabit lang talaga kami. So the whole morning was not as productive like the previous two days.
After breakfast, and making sure that our daughter did not saw her Mom living for work. We just stayed inside our room, and when we are really bored went outside and just stroll along the resort. We saw Tet and Brent, Paul's family, they were also left behind at the resort. They were going for a swim, and our daughter got really excited upon seeing the pool but it was too hot and she was not feeling that well. (I think she caught cold because of the air-con on our room so we decided to turn it off, but it was still quite cold inside). So we just stayed at a hut near the pool, then our daughter ask for her milk, so we decided to head back to our room. After giving her, her bottle of milk she fell asleep, (she usually sleeps during noon time), I just watched over her and waited for my wife to come back at lunch.
We were supposed to eat lunch together with Paul and her family, at Dencia's Restaurant; Famous for it's Goto and Tokwa't Baboy, but our daughter is not feeling well so we just stayed at the hotel and ordered some pizza and pasta.
After our lunch, we just stayed inside the room and let our little angel rest for more, which that during that time was a little more hyper than before, thanks to my wife's wonderful caring.
We met with Paul for dinner, who was now alone because that afternoon, his family went back to Manila, while me and my daughter stayed. We could also fly back to Manila but I don't think I can handle my daughter on my own during the whole flight so I opted to stay behind. We made an arrangement and reserved for dinner at Lachi's. We ordered lechon kawali and their famous unforgettable grilled pork ribs for our main dish and sansrival and mudpie for dessert.
After our dinner, we retired to our hotel for the night.
