TRULY RICH

Welcome to our blog! Now, we can share our adventures, travels, food escapades, and everything under the sun as a couple and individuals exploring new things as well as re-discovering past experiences. We have been to many places. Ate a lot. Shared a lot together. But we will only start to share them you this year. Sometimes we will give individual thoughts so the caption "He says... She says..." will be part of the blog.

As the old saying goes, "It's better late than never..."

Game.

HE SAYS:

This blog is long over due. Juan Tamad is always with me. It's been years ever since I planned on starting to create one. And even after creating the blog, a number of days still passed before this "World Premier" would take place. I guess its safe to say that Juan Tamad is still my companion. Thanks to my better half for always pushing me to finish this entry.

And what a better way to start the ball rolling by being able to attend a half-day seminar, for the very first time, since our marriage. And a financial seminar at that note. This seminar not only talks on how we can become rich, but more importantly is to How to become TRULY RICH. Why, you ask? Because it is more fulfilling to be rich and help others than to be rich alone just for the sake of money. It is a seminar conducted by one of my mentors (I consider him as one) Bo Sanchez, where he shared the 8 secrets to become truly rich. He gave advises on how to earn passive income through stocks and mutual funds, how to save from your monthly salary and the importance of financial IQ on our lives. This was held on St Francis Theater in Lourdes school at Mandaluyong. Attendees were about 500 so we are lucky to be seated 3 rows from the stage.

I ran excitedly towards the stage when Bro. Bo announced that he will be doing a autograph session for the participants that I forgot to bring my wife with me. So ayan, hindi kami nakasama sa shot. Bawi na lang next time...

I really like to add more learning and realization from the seminar, but the space is not enough (or maybe, Juan Tamad is catching up on me again). Haha! Excuses.

Ciao!
